• PostHog (EU-hosted) – product analytics, to understand how the website is used.
• Hotjar – behaviour analytics (aggregated interaction data such as scrolling and clicks).
• CRMed – our customer relationship management system. When you call us from the website or submit a form, your enquiry details (such as name, phone number, the page you contacted us from) are stored there so we can respond to and manage your request. With your cookie consent, CRMed also collects website usage statistics.
• Amazon Web Services – email delivery for enquiry notifications.
• Payment processors – secure processing of payments for our services.

All third parties process data securely and only according to our instructions.
